Project Overview

Development of a custom WordPress plugin that enables TWIKE customers to check their reservation ranking for the limited edition TWIKE 5 (500 vehicles only). The system provides real-time position tracking and personalized payment recommendations based on their current standing in the delivery queue.

Challenge

TWIKE needed a transparent way to manage reservations for their limited production run of 500 TWIKE 5 vehicles, where delivery priority was determined by payment amount. Customers had no visibility into:

Their current position in the waiting list
How their ranking compared to other reservations
How much they needed to invest to secure or improve their position
Real-time updates as other customers adjusted their payments

The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with TWIKE's existing CRM system while maintaining data security and providing an intuitive user experience.

Solutions

Developed a custom WordPress plugin in collaboration with TWIKE's web designer that bridges the company's CRM system with their public website. The plugin enables customers to securely access their personalized ranking information through a unique nickname-based lookup system, creating transparency in the reservation process while protecting customer privacy.
